Return and exchange of goods

The purchased product can be returned or exchanged for another product within 14 calendar days from the day of product delivery.

In the European Union and other countries within 30 days from the day of product delivery

• The product to be returned or exchanged must be unused, undamaged, in the same package that the buyer purchased.
• Before returning or exchanging the product, the buyer must contact e-mail. by mail (info@rasstyle.eu) or tel. (+370 653 51591) and discuss the moment of return.
• The returned item must be accompanied by the purchase documents, which contain information about the item to be exchanged or returned.
• Shipping costs for returned or exchanged items are paid by the buyer. The amount paid for the product is returned to the buyer.
• The seller reserves the right not to accept the goods if the goods have been used, damaged, adjusted or other violations of the goods are visible.
• After returning the product to the buyer, the amount paid will be returned no later than within 10 working days from the day the product was returned.
